Rubber Enactments in force "Rubber Enactments in force" means the Rubber Regulation Enactment 1936 (F.M.S. 37/36), the Rubber Supervision Enactment 1937 (F.M.S. 10/37) and the corresponding Rubber Enactments, Rubber Ordinances and Rubber Regulations in force as amended or modified by this Act.
